To Book your School Group for a performance, please complete the Booking Form found here. Public, charter, and home schools are welcome to reserve. Mom’s groups and other group sales are required to attend public performances, not school performances.
Please fill out all of the information required, including which performance you’d like to see, and the date and time of the performance that your class would like to attend. Please provide two alternate dates and times, in case your first choice cannot be accommodated.
Indicate the number of seats you’ll be purchasing, including any adults who will be joining the students on their field trip. We strongly suggest a ratio of 1 adult for every 15 children in the group. One Complimentary Admission, for every class of 20 or more students, will be provided for the teacher for specific shows only (Beauty & The Beast, Legally Blonde, and Cinderella are excluded).
Please e-mail this form to Boxoffice@cityofrc.us or text it to us at 1-909-324-4414. Once processed, an e-mail will be sent with confirmation of the reservation and the dates payments are due. It’s important to review this for accuracy of date, time, and number of people. If you have not received a response within 5 business days of submitting your request, please contact us to ensure that we received it.
If the information is correct, please complete the School Show Agreement and e-mail it back to us.
No tickets are printed for school performances. Your final confirmation is proof of your ticket purchase. For the safety of the students, all seats must be booked through the school. Individual tickets will not be sold to parents.
Curriculum guides will be available for some performances on our web site at www.lewisfamilyplayhouse.com approximately 3 weeks prior to the opening of each production.
We understand that sometimes payment timeframes don’t work out. Please give us a call if you run into any issues. We can be flexible if we’re informed.
Access for disabled students:
There are several designated wheelchair locations inside the theatre, and easy access into the lobby area. Please let us know ahead of time if any of your students will be arriving in wheelchairs, so that we can reserve those seats with the rest of your group.
